i enjoyed having 1 queen size bed and 3 single beds in the room, that was comfortable too. climate control, pay tv, and a microwave in the room were useful.

The room was spotlessly clean with a refreshing aroma. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a crib for my infant. Ms. Malak and Mr. AbdulAziz at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. If I ever return to Jeddah, I won't hesitate to book at this hotel again. highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel had a great location as it was close to many attractions and had easy access to transportation. The staff was very welcoming and generous, making us feel at home. Parking was also available under the building, which was very convenient.
The beds were very uncomfortable and made for a poor night's sleep. there were not enough towels available and the ones provided were just floor towels.

The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and popular tourist sites. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, with a great smell that reminded me of international hotels. The hotel also provided all the kitchen equipment I needed. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely return to this hotel.
